About me
I spent 24 years in operations, sales and leadership from Fortune 500 companies to private, founder-led businesses - building teams, owning P&Ls, and solving the hard problems that don't show up in strategy decks. I've made the tough decisions, learned the hard lessons and have the scars to prove it.
In 2022 I launched The Bootstrapper's Guide to Logistics podcast. Interviewing 100+ founders I unpacked their journey, what made them tick and why they chose entrepreneurship. But also kept hearing how the pressure and isolation of being the person at the top was a weight few people truly understood.
So I started Ballast, the world's first private mastermind exclusively for supply chain and logistics founders. A vetted community of trusted entrepreneurs where everyone has skin in the game. If you're tired of going it alone, check it out.
